Car Rental with Driver & Professional Guides

We offer the following car rental services in case you have your own itinerary or travel program. Every vehicle comes with an experienced driver, air-conditioning and driver allowances included — the driver takes care of the cost of his own food and lodging. Below is an indication of the costs for car rental. Prices depend on tour destinations, tour duration, guiding skills of the driver and the type of vehicle, and are quoted without fuel. We will make you an attractive offer as part of a travel proposal, including an estimate of costs for fuel.

Cross-border note: Rates for tours across borders into Togo and Benin are higher to cover permits, extra driving and border logistics. The final rate within each range depends on your exact destinations, tour duration, the guiding skills of the driver and the vehicle chosen.

Guiding Fees

We have well-trained and experienced tour guides, some specialised in history and diaspora travel, birding, adventure and sports, and/or traditional culture. The guide takes care of the cost of his own food and lodging. Transport cost needs to be covered when travelling by public transport.

Booking fee & exchange rate: Navigate Africa charges a $50 booking fee on every booking, whether it is a tour package, car rental request or flight reservation. Prices in travel proposals are always based on the exchange rate between the Ghana Cedi and the US Dollar at that moment, so they can be slightly different from the indicative prices mentioned above.
